First we'd like to offer our apologies on the downtime some customers have been faced with in New York.
There is currently an issue with routing the IP's into our network. We hope to have this resolved for Monday. If we're not able to resolve this by then we will be setting up another switch and connecting it up with our other IP ranges.
If you have been affected by this downtime we'd like you to reach out to us so we can compensate you properly for the downtime.
